Welcome to the blog known as The Pursuit is written by Geoff Cocanower. So, now that I have introduced myself as the author, I will return to the first person. I write about many things. Primarily about faith in culture. I am someone that is significantly bent toward seeing the Church of Jesus Christ merge their faith and culture so as to see a Church that lives its life on mission and with purpose. I’m part of that body, so this blog is for me as well.

I blog a few times a week and usually take the weekends off. There are seasons that I get very busy and posts can either become rare or more prevalent. That isn’t very helpful in giving you, the reader confidence that there will always be something to read on here, however, I believe that this blog is simply supposed to encourage you to a more Christ-like life and is not intended to build a following of me.

I love conversation and collaboration and by no means believe that the things that I write on here are perfect in their logic, explanation or that they are hard laws for which to build a life. So, comment and let’s start a conversation!
