Geoff. Words can’t express how thankful I am for the support, encouragement, and prayers I have received from you time after time. We are/have been so blessed beyond measure by the amount of dedication and responsibility that you have put into your job. Not only through this instance, but through your lifestyle, you have demonstrated what it means to fully seek after Christ and to live a life pursuing Him. Thanks for challenging me and listening to me complain about my life here and there. You really will be missed but we are so excited to see where God leads you next. The reality do my situations are often clouded by my emotion. The problem, for me, is that when I get fired up I no longer communicate effectively. My natural response is to retreat as to not get labled as emotional. Leading people to think I do not care which could not be farther from the truth.

The steps laid out look like a road map to success and possibly a better understanding of the emotional mind for the unemotional.
