The last few months have been a bit interesting for me so I figured I would give you an update on life. Through those months, I have been constantly reminded of how blessed I am to be in relationship with Jesus. It is only through His faithfulness that I have been able to proceed with confidence and wisdom. And, I wouldn’t be arriving at the next season of life with such determination and poise because of some recent, very significant moments with Christ.
Yesterday, I announced my resignation at Living Faith Missionary Church. This is a goodbye to a group of friends that have been so gracious and good to me the last 15 months. God is doing good things in that body of believers, and I believe He will do even greater things in the next season that He has poised them for. My prayer has been, and will always be, for their obedience to the Word and direction that God continues to provide for them.
Beginning November 11th, I will be assuming the position of High School Pastor at Hope Missionary Church in Bluffton, Indiana. After much prayer, a considerable amount of wisdom seeking and discernment, this next step has been made extremely clear. It is also a step that I have become increasingly excited about because of the clarity of God’s call on me to this position.
To all of you who have prayed for me, over, and with me in the last few months, specifically, I am incredibly grateful. I have never been so aware of the prayers of people before in my life than I was these last 100 days.
I’m excited about the future and the focus God is granting me as I continue to pursue raising up generations that love Jesus and bring others to Him. God is Good.
